CREATOR
I started pole acrobatics during my PhD in 2019 and discovered the perfect sport to balance my professional life with fitness. Throughout this journey, I met incredible trainers and amazing friends who shared similar goals and wishes. As aerialists, we need a solid foundation of core strength, combined with regular stretching to enhance flexibility and prevent injuries. This inspired me to create a studio that goes beyond fitness—a space where aerial enthusiasts and fitness lovers can come together to train, share their expertise, and build a supportive community.
At Lyra, we offer a clean, welcoming environment with a unique combination of aerial, dance, fitness, and relaxation classes—a holistic concept designed to nurture both body and mind. Our goal is to help build strength while preventing muscle strains and promoting overall well-being.
Now, with a full-time job in Life sciences and an investment in an aerial studio, I’ve come to appreciate the complexities of running a business. But thanks to an excellent team of dedicated professionals who support and contribute to Lyra’s growth, our studio is more than just a place to train—it’s a space where you’ll feel safe, supported, and at ease.
