Step up your game with spins, transitions, and power moves—all in heels! This workshop is all about balance, control, and attitude, giving you the confidence to own the stage with every step.

Perfect For:
This workshop is designed for absolute beginners and those with less than 6-12 months of pole experience. If you’re looking to build a strong foundation, understand essential techniques, and feel more confident on the pole, this is for you!

What to Expect?
90-minute deep dive into the fundamentals and techniques of pole dancing. You’ll explore:
Essential Grips & Hand Placements – Learn different types of hand grips, learn the right way to hold the pole for safety and control
Muscle Engagement & Posture – Learn about different muscle groups, activate key muscles to improve stability and strength
Basic tricks & Transitions – Get comfortable with smooth movements and beginner-friendly tricks
Flow & Coordination – Connect movements with confidence and rhythm
Grip Strength & Endurance Tips – Techniques to improve your hold and prevent slipping
