Pole fitness
To ensure a safe and effective learning experience, it’s important to choose a class that matches your current skill level. Developing strength and proper technique takes time, and taking classes suited to your abilities is essential. LEVEL 0
foundations
Ideal for those new to pole, this class teaches fundamental moves like basic spins (fireman, chair spin), climbs, and the pole seat. Conditioning exercises focus on building strength and control.
LEVEL 1
BEGINNER
Here you will train smooth transitions between spins and more controlled climbs, practice inversions, leg hangs and inverted crucifix. Focus will be on core and upper body muscles.
LEVEL 2
INTERMEDIATE
You will advance by linking spins into sequences and mastering inverted tricks like the butterfly, superman, mid-air spins and shoulder mounts.
LEVEL 3
ADVANCED
You will work on aerial shoulder mounts, aerial inverts, and advanced inversions like jade splits, brass monkey, Jamilla and handsprings.
LEVEL 4+
EXPERT
Designed for experienced pole dancers, this class focuses on mastering extreme moves like the flying ballerina, iron X, aerial Ayesha, and Phoenix.

Designed to train the deadlift or Iron X. The focus will be on conditioning exercises that target the essential muscle groups required to build the strength and control needed for these moves.
aerial silk
Aerial silk is a full-body workout that involves performing acrobatic moves on suspended fabric. It combines strength, flexibility, and balance, enhancing core stability and agility while delivering a unique and graceful fitness experience.
LEVEL 0
foundation
This introductory level teaches fundamental aerial silks techniques. You will learn basic grips, foot locks, wrist wraps, and climbs, with a focus on conditioning exercises to build strength.
LEVEL 1
BEGINNER
You will train controlled climbs, foot locks, and transitions between wraps. Simple inversions, such as hip keys and straddle backs, with a focus on building strength and flexibility.
LEVEL 2
INTERMEDIATE
You will learn inversions, belays, leg locks together with dynamic moves such as drops and spins. Strength, control, and smooth transitions are key focuses at this stage.
LEVEL 3
ADVANCED+
You will work on dynamic moves like crossback straddles, star drops, and intricate wraps. Aerial transitions, advanced drops, and complex sequences are introduced
