Whether you are planning a bachelorette, birthday, or company unique team-building event, bring your crew for a private pole or aerial silk session filled with laughter, strength, movement, and unforgettable moments. Our instructor will adapt the session to suit your comfort level and energy.
Welcome & Get in the Mood
10min – Warm welcome with music, drinks, and time to settle in. Outfits, safety tips, shoes off, quick studio tour if needed
Introduction & Group Warm-Up
10min – This is a flexible section where you can share anything you want. It could be details or some information about feature two.
Learn the Moves / Choreo
30min – Move, laugh, and try something new together! We’ll guide you through a small choreo tailored to your group’s vibe.
Practice & Repeat
10min – Repeat the full routine together.
Lights, Camera, Action!
20min – Time to record the final version(s)
Pose, film, take group and individual photos/videos. Try freestyle or group tricks if time allows
Cool Down & Wrap-Up
10min – Stretch, relax, and laugh
Quick feedback, group selfie, and thank-you moment.
